Email and SMS that follow up faster than you can, and bring customers back

Most leads go cold because nobody followed up in time. Automated email and texts fix that, then keep past customers coming back.

The short answer

What is email and SMS marketing?

It's sending helpful, well-timed emails and text messages to leads and customers who've agreed to hear from you. For local businesses that usually means instant follow-up on new leads, appointment reminders, review requests and the occasional offer to bring past customers back.

Who it's for

  • Businesses that get leads but struggle to follow up quickly
  • Service companies with repeat or seasonal work
  • Anyone sitting on a customer list they never email

Is SMS marketing legal for small businesses?

Yes, with consent. People must opt in to receive texts, and every message program needs clear opt-out instructions (like “Reply STOP”). We set this up correctly from the start.

Won't texting customers annoy them?

Not if the messages are useful and not too frequent. A fast reply to a quote request or a reminder about an appointment is usually welcome. Constant promos are not, so we don't send them.

Do I need special software?

You need a CRM that can send email and texts. It's included in all of our plans, so there's nothing extra to buy from us.

Let's figure out where your next customers come from.

On a strategy call we look at where your leads come from now, where they could come from, and whether we're a good fit. No pressure, no jargon.
