Paid Social · Ads & lead gen
Facebook and Instagram ads that reach your neighbors before your competitors do
Not everyone who needs you is searching yet. Paid social puts your business in front of the right people in your service area while they scroll.
The short answer
What is paid social advertising?
Paid social means running ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram (both owned by Meta). Instead of targeting searches, you target people: by location, age, interests and behavior. It's great for building demand, promoting offers and staying top of mind.
Who it's for
- Home service companies with seasonal offers or promotions
- New businesses that need their community to know they exist
- Businesses with visual work that sells itself: detailing, remodels, landscaping
What's included
What do you get with Paid Social?
Audience targeting
Your service area, the right homeowners and lookalikes of your best customers.
Creative and copy
Ad images, short videos and copy that stop the scroll without sounding like an ad.
Lead forms and landing pages
Simple ways for people to raise their hand without leaving the app.
Pixel and conversion tracking
Set up so Meta learns who actually becomes a lead, not who just clicks.
Retargeting
Stay in front of people who visited your site but didn't call yet.
Testing and reporting
We test offers and creative, then report on leads and cost, not likes.
How it works
How does it work?
Offer
We shape an offer worth stopping for. Most ads fail here, not in the targeting.
Creative
We build a handful of ad variations to test against each other.
Launch
Campaigns go live with tracking so we know what's producing leads.
Refine
Winning ads get budget; losing ads get retired. Repeat.
Pricing
What does Paid Social cost?
Facebook and Instagram ads can be your one ad platform in Get Leads ($1,000/mo). Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Meta, separately from our fee.

Should I run Facebook ads or Google Ads?
Google Ads catches people already searching; Facebook and Instagram create demand from people who aren't searching yet. For most local service businesses, Google is the better first platform. Paid social works well alongside it, or first if you have a strong offer or a visual product.
Do Facebook ads work for home service businesses?
They can, especially with a clear offer, a defined service area and good follow-up. The septic company we worked with used Meta ads alongside Google Ads and local SEO to build awareness for new services.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta. Our fee covers strategy, creative, setup and management.
