SMS Program (Text Messaging)
Program: Digitalized Elevation Text Messages.
What you'll receive: If you opt in, for example by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our Website, Digitalized Elevation may send you text messages about your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, and occasional marketing offers.
Consent: Opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
